Stress management training and work/life balance live within our arena of great interest and passion. Having worked with organizations through major change, downsizing, reorganizations, acquisitions and mergers, we offer 5 different types of stress management trainings as listed below, available for teams, offsite, onsite, keynotes, and 1 on 1 learning.

RECHARGING AND REJUVENATING
This workshop/presentation is focused on looking at how different communication styles deal with stress in their own unique approach. Therefore, the tools that assist each style are based on their own energy preferences. We look at the stress reactions by style, and then discover the specific “passions” that assist each style to carve a path forward that recharges and rejuvenates throughout tough workloads and demanding projects.

STRESS WORKS! WORK/LIFE BALANCE
OStarting with a Fulfillment Assessment, we assist you to find where your fulfillment and passion has become blocked. We focus on the Principles of embracing stress, conflict resolution, and releasing old paradigms of expectations, obligations and draining patterns. Solutions for each person include personal tools for rebuilding and renewing daily, at work and at home.

BEYOND MOM: NEW TOOLS FOR THE WORKING MOTHER
The unique situation of moms being away from their kids, still managing the house and doing more of the household decision-making, begs for a new approach, called BEYOND MOM! Mom is a role, not a destiny. When it comes to stress, “mom” is often a block, not an answer. This workshop assists working moms to examine the makeup of their internal world, and how to get current with some relaxation, ease and self appreciation, within the full pace of work.

CORPORATE FITNESS: 7-STEPS TO WELL BEING
These 7 steps can be covered individually over time, or cumulatively in a training, with each participant starting at the level most critical to their current ability to handle stress. The 7-levels of well-being bring the full awareness of body/heart/gut/brain connections together to determine unique but simple solutions to how to thrive in your corporate culture.

RECONNECTING TO PURPOSE AND FULFILLMENT
By the time many high level managers make it to executive level, they have developed an ongoing burnout that is taken for granted.
