Gail’s formal education includes a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, augmented with graduate work in Communications. She has also studied in the fields of diversity, leadership and stress management.
Gail’s focus is to assist leaders, individuals and teams to connect to their greater purpose, so that work becomes fulfilling, challenges become fun tests, and people become the arena through which greatness is developed. As a result, business thrives.
Gail is married, has a son in college, and enjoys dance, the outdoors, and power yoga. She looks for the magical outcome in all situations. This work is her life.
Jerome Green is a compassionate intuitive individual who utilizes his background in Student Development, counseling and Public Administration as guidepost to how he conducts his work. Jerome has worked in higher education for 24 years in a variety of positions including, Management Leadership and Human Resources administration. He has published articles on diversity and leadership and also wrote a golf comic book.
Jerome is our go to guy for tough situations and processes that require a miner’s touch. Jerome has extensive experience in the area of conflict management, life skill training, and leadership training and customer service programs. Jerome utilizes humor and laughter in his work and is a great storyteller.
For twenty years, Leslie Carver has been coaching managers and leaders to take on new challenges and develop their leadership potential. She has an exceptional ability to listen to her clients and get to the ‘heart’ of the challenge they are facing.
She’s passionate about assisting individuals to reach a healthy, balanced, and effective business perspective that allows them to best serve their organization and themselves. Leslie is gifted at simplifying issues, getting to the core of issues, and bringing a fun style to problem-solving that clients find eminently workable and encouraging.

Leslie has an M.S. in Career Development from California State University at Northridge and a B.A. in French from the State University of New York.
Prior to the past two decades work in leadership development, Leslie worked for eleven years in the computer industry, four years as a programming manager and seven years in a technical capacity as a systems programmer. During her tenure in the computer field, she gained a wealth of practical and management experience and assisted employees in the areas of leadership, project management and interpersonal skills. Leslie’s corporate experience spans several industries, including ABC, Sony, Experian, Transamerica, Ticor Title Insurance, AMD, Siegel + Gale, Ogilvy, WeberShandwick, and FedEx.
